Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was perfect, right by the beach and close to the main shopping area of Sanur. The rooms, although nicely located next to the small swimming pool as I requested, showed a wide variation in quality and were affected by noise from music late at night. The service, while generally lovely and helpful, had a hiccup due to the arrogance of one receptionist. The dining experience had great food choices, but there was always a line for eggs on the buffet. Overall, the hotel provides good value for money considering the beautiful surroundings and facilities.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious with a nice view over the garden pool, although the small TV placement was a bit inconvenient. The Wi-Fi service was helpful and available everywhere, and the range of amenities like room service and airport shuttle made my stay comfortable at a slightly higher cost per night.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were very comfortable and had a lovely 'Balinese' style, which I absolutely enjoyed. However, there was a slight issue with dampness and a musty smell after showering due to lack of ventilation in the bathroom. Overall, I had a great experience and can't wait to return.
Being situated midway through the resort, I didn't catch the sea breeze, but the overall room experience was decent despite the outdated bathroom. I noticed a wide variation in room conditions, some needing a sprucing up more than others.
